Kevin Hamor/ Brent Lieberman Photo.
Here's some photos of Kevin Hamor during last weekends swell. Lets just say the spot is north of where Juko lives. Photo's were taken by Brent Lieberman. check out more of Brents photos at http://liebs.smugmug.com/ . Swell should be up this weekend, but everybody already knows that, as the 13 different wave forecasting websites are all hyping it up. Enjoy your weekend!

On! shortboards for everyone.
It's really starting to look like this El-Nino condition is starting to shine. Swells have been consistent and definitely more westerly. spots like Mavericks and Wiamaea have already seen as many day as they saw in the whole of the last two years. Evan here in So. cal we're seeing much more winter swell then we have in the past two years.Time to forget about your longboard and fish and get yourself a new shortboard. I make performance shortboards in all sizes. I've recently had a rash of boards at both extremes of the spectrum. This board shown is a 7'4" by 20 3/4"by2 3/4" . I've been doing a lot of boards for bigger guys, 220lbs to 280lbs. It seems that with all the swell abound everyone is ready to get off the long board and start slashing. Ive also been shaping a lot of boards in the 5' to 5'5" range. It seems as though the groms are progressing and pushing themselves harder then ever. Shortboard 4'10" no problem. short board 8' no problem.
