Epoxy surfboards Rock!

Its been 3 years since surf foam giant Clark Foam has closed the door( 2 1/2 ??)
In this time we have seen and heard a lot about epoxy surfboards, as well as seen their rise and fall. The reason for the fall is simple... Surfboard makers are lazy, and people want to save money. In the three years since Clark closed I have been working closely with long time friends and board makers Mike Estrada and Dan Woods, to perfect custom made epoxy surfboards. Its true... Epoxy boards are lighter and stronger then standard polyester surfboards. The main reasons that epoxy boards have not taken over the market are because :1) US blanks has stepped up offering better foam blanks and better service then predecessor Clark.:2) Domestic manufacturers have now lost the motivation to experiment and the willingness to take the extra time that is needed to construct a Quality Epoxy surfboard.3) The consumer, confronted with current economic woes, isn't willing to spend the extra money that it costs to get a quality Epoxy surfboard. Epoxy surfboards cost more because they take longer to build and the resin is nearly three time more expensive then polyester resin. Its been three years of trial and error, Now is the time to consider trying an Epoxy surfboard from On! Its your choice I'll make you whatever you want. Poly, Epoxy, Long, Short , Anything!!!
